In urban emergency situations it can be challenging for first responders to coordinate their information with each other, and with the local community, to identify the safest evacuation routes out of the area.
This visualisation lets you view the flow of people in emergency situations and determine chokepoints in real-time using the heatmap overlay.
Dynamic blockages can be added by clicking on the map. This will cause nearby roads to become unpassable, and people will have to re-route to their destination.
Use the buttons to tell citizens to congregate at safe points (schools), or disperse to their homes.
